TAKE PART IN THE EVENT ’CROSS-BORDER COOPERATION PROGRAMMES. EXPERIENCE EXCHANGE AND FUTURE CHALLENGES’ (LITHUANIAN LANGUAGE)

09 / 01 / 2020 :

The Ministry of the Interior of Lithuania, responsible for the EU cross-border cooperation programmes, is starting preparation works for the new programming period. In the process of development of programmes the opinion of the stakeholders – potential beneficiaries, institutions working in and people living in the Programme area is of the utmost importance.

Therefore, the Joint Technical Secretariat, established by the Ministry of the Interior, is organising the event ‘Cross-border Cooperation Programmes. Experience Exchange and Future Challenges’.

Five EU regional cooperation priorities for the period 2021-2027 will be presented and discussed:

  • Smarter Europe;
  • Greener, carbon free Europe;
  • More Connected Europe;
  • More Social Europe;
  • Europe closer to citizens.

Participants will be asked to fill in a questionnaire, where they will be able to present their preferred directions and topics for cross-border cooperation in the new period 2021-2027.

The event will be held in Lithuanian language and will take place on 23 January 2020 in Vilnius (Holiday INN, Šeimyniškių str. 1).
