Please be informed, that according to the protocol decision of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 28 October 2020 “Regarding further implementation of the Latvia-Lithuania-Belarus Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020”, which states that due to the risk of funds misuse, the Managing Authority of the European Neighbourhood Instrument Cross-border Cooperation Latvia-Lithuania-Belarus Programme 2014-2020 (further – Programme) shall make payments to Latvian and Lithuanian beneficiaries, the Managing Authority will temporarily be making payments only to Lead beneficiaries from Latvia and Lithuania. The payments will temporarily not include the Programme funds, allocated for beneficiaries from Belarus. It is planned to revise the procedure by the end of the year. Lead beneficiaries will be informed immediately on any further updates as soon as they are received.
