Project description

Within the framework of the project 3 partners – Lithuanian Sea Museum, Kaliningrad Zoo and Friedland Gates Museum, shall cooperate in order to restore Neringa Fort, repair historical fountain with open-air enclosures for ungulates in Kaliningrad Zoo, renovate The Friedland Gate and install lightning in the area of the museum. 

As a result of the project, two new cross-border routes and three internal specially designed excursions shall be developed. As well, project partners shall organize an international scientific conference in order to discuss the adaptation of cultural heritage to the needs of modern society.

Implementation period

24 months (from 2019-07-24 til 2021-07-23)
