Pagėgiai municipality administration, State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Kaliningrad Region “Central City Hospital of Sovetsk” and Kaliningrad regional, social, spiritual, moral-oriented public organization “Union of Territories” (NGO "Union of Territories") shall improve access to health-care services for elderly patients.
As a result of the project, the Pagėgiai Primary Health Care Center building shall be reconstructed and adapted for elderly while a nursing hospital in Sovetsk shall purchase and a new diagnostic digital X-ray equipment for improving the diagnostics of various illnesses of elderly people.
What is more, partners shall organize some joint activities such as experience exchange visits, a medical practical conference and a “Health day” event.
